Hi, I'm Anna Lycett.

I’m a health coach with four years of experience — three in the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme and recently also in governmental Adult Weight Management services. I’ve worked with hundreds of people to improve their health, lose weight and regain control of their blood sugar — with kindness, science and structure that actually works.

I combine evidence-based coaching with practical support, helping you create habits that stick — not just for a few weeks, but for life.
