My darkest moments led me to light, simplicity and vital health.

I now help and support others in their healing.

From dark to light, from years of disease to vital health

I've come from a dark place. An unhappy childhood with struggling parents in post-communist Poland, many dark thoughts, a few addictions, a broken heart.

Then the best thing that could have happened to me: suddenly, aged 23 and pregnant, I was diagnosed with a major life-shortening illness. It was a harsh blow; reality hit like never before. And it was exactly what I needed.

That’s also why I do what I do. I help others find their own vital health and happiness because I've been there, I've done that, I got the T-shirt and now I don't want you to have to go through years of feeling alone and unsure before you reach your vital health and your happy place in space.

That is why teaching others to heal themselves is my mission.
